The media could not be loaded. I brought these supplements just looking at the number of stars in the review despite of it being expensive. But when I opened the bottle, I found few capsules broken/chipped, all dusty inside with the powder, a piece of cotton covered with this powder, a silicon packet that too looked old and worn out, the quality of capsule seemed poor as if all made of plastic. Another reason I brought was looking at the certificates (ISO, FDA, etc.) on the lable of the bottle. Can't risk myself so dumped it away, that was my personal choice. After taken the capsule I feel bit heavy in my stomach the whole day. The capsule shell material I feel is hard on my stomach. people who have weak digestive or liver functions, not recommended for them.
