Once installed, it worked well enough from what I could tell. However, I had to change the entryway associated with the unit as it couldn't link with the desired door. When attempting to sync, it claimed to have a week wifi signal (appeared roughly 50% lower than the signal on my phone or laptop). More concerning was that it also claimed to have a weak bluetooth signal. It was approximately 6' from the door handle. Yes, there was a wall between it and the handle, but still, I would expect that something connected to household power (120V) should be able to pick up a signal 6' away, even through a wall.

Update 7-27-2019 I guess the company sold the review I wrote below and automatically contacted me and sent me a new bridge. And set up it connected the very first time and it also connects much faster. That was very nice and super fast of the company to do that.7-15-2019 only couple weeks in. Works most of the time 3 feet from the door to connect to Bluetooth. Glitchy

The instructions say that the bridge has to be within 10 feet of the lock. I plugged the bridge in about 4 feet away from the lock and the app says the connection is poor. To put out a product that has poor reception only 4 feet away from the lock is ridiculous. My advice is you don’t buy it until they address its very poor reception.

First it should be installed in the lock instead I have to have a extra stuff around.Second 5 of 10 not connecting to my phone or the lock it's a headache some time my app says it's lock or unlock but that's not the true .

I tried two of these in order to connect the lock to my Alexa, neither one worked correctly and both times they knocked out my wireless internet. Good idea, but can not recommend..

Waste of money. Never connects and if I need to be within my Wi-Fi range, what's the point. Junk. Definite waste of time and money.

The bridge light has turned yellow and won't go green. The batteries on the lock itself failed less than 14 days after installation. I'm not feeling this right now since it is late at night and we're having to get extra keys made because the lock isn't working.
