The cameras are all metal and strong easy to install and each come with a diagram to make drilling holes easier. The cameras only come with a 3.7mm lens and this could be better as the field of view is not great and multiple cameras are needed to cover areas such as a driveway where as if they had a 2.8mm lens or less it would cover a much wider area image quality and night vision however is good. The dvr is easy to set up but does not come with a hard drive. The cameras connect to the nvr through an ethernet cable which also powers the cameras as they are poe. However they do not have the option of wirelessly connecting to the dvr which could have been included at this price. This is a basic all in one system however lacks some of the functionality of some other cctv systems good for basic use and can be viewed and controlled from the nvr or from a computer or a smartphone with the XMEYE app which functions well.
