Good product, good clearity, nice sound

Sound was not good without ac adaptor not working I thought charge is not enough at the beginning after that I realized that this works only with ac adaptor

The product is satisfactory but, the User Manual supplied with it seems to have been written in a lousy language and gives an impression that someone, who wrote it is not at all familiar how the professional User Manuals should be.

Battery life drops to 15 minutes after a month and can't paly videos from Pendrive and sd card.Customer care support is too bad..Aren't responding been trying since 1 week

The player fails to perform within a month of supply from iBell Ernakulam Kerala.On press of button after loading the player does not revolve and sign NO DISC appears.Took up with supplier as defect has appeared within a month.Supplier sent the part but a Chennai Technician requested has not come .Warranty service is not prompt.Please advise supplier.I have not placed any other order.
