Q: The size chart makes no sense. My waist is 31 and i am 5'8".

hello you can follow your normal wear pant size to choose it , our this joggers pants its true size and have very good stretch

Q: how are you suppose to wash and dry these. you would think for what these cost they could put a label on them or even with them in the package to show

I wash them with my every day clothes of similar color on medium setting for both the wash and dry. They come out perfectly.

Q: Are these machine washable?

Yes, I've washed mine several times and they still look brand new.

Q: The Capri length is not an option. How do I order those again?
