For years, Rosanna Pansino convinced me that microplane zesters were the creme de la creme of zesters. I even had a 2 pack on my wish list for some time, it was all a lie!I happened to try a cuisipro at a friend’s house. Ever since that moment, I was sold. The design of the Cuisipro with its wider surface area works really well for garlic and other small food items like nutmeg. It’s also a lot sturdier than the other brand. I’ve observed many a micro**** turn out warped after getting jammed in drawers accidentally. The cuisipro is shorter and its protective bumper helps it keep its shape should one accidentally slam the utensil drawer shut while it’s in the way.Foods also glide effortlessly on this.Get it, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t be fooled by the flashy variety of colours that the other brand offers, it’s a subpar product.

Bought this because I wanted my Grana Padano cheese grated in flavorful shavings, instead of tiny fluffy tasteless sprinkles. It works! Doesn't mess up my fingers like a box grater does, as I have more control over the placement of the grater.

Works very nice, is super sharp and you get all the peel for your recipe.

This thing is sharp and makes grating so convenient. I have not used it for measuring while grating, but it can do that too!

This is a good grater for things like lemons. However, I purchased it to grate cinnamon sticks. This didn't work. The sticks just broke into pieces. I later learned that a small coffee grinder works much better for grinding whole cinnamon.

Excellent Rasp for shredding. I purchased it to shred horseradish in the spring, but have used it several times now to shred cheese. Much easier to use than my old shredder.

This zester is so good that my mom asked for one after using ours. Enough said. It’s so efficient, so effective, and will be the only zester you need for the rest of your life. Don’t hesitate.

This replaces the same one that was 18 years old and had gone a little blunt. The grater is super sharp and easily grates old citrus fruit which can be difficult to grate. The zest is collected underneath and the shield covers the grater in the drawer so no cut fingers. Fabulous item and well worth the money.
