This is my 4th time buying it. Started in march and it’s September now. I was not regular with it. Used to skip days.But it’s worth buying. The results are amazing and my periods get so normal and on time. It took time to show result, one to two months for me.The flow, PMS symptoms, regulatory in periods, pain and discomfort; it worked on everything. I am so relaxed and at peace with my body working normally again.However, you have to work on your diet and exercise side by side to get amazing results. High protein diet, strength training as well as walking worked for me. Highly recommended product.
