Originally I gave it a 5* rating and review, but I have to retract that because, after I had tried it in my chocolates I noticed that each and every bite you take, you get very hard micro pieces. That's probably the ground shells too. I think it wasn't cleaned properly and some pieces of shells got in. So overall the flour is pleasant tasting, smells fresh, fluffy in the recipe, tastes good, but if you value your teeth, my advice is to grind the pistachios by yourself
