This is a really good faucet, intended to replace the cheap faucets that come with water filtration kits. It's beautifully made, very attractive and coordinates beautifully with my new stainless steel Elkay sink.Unfortunately, you cannot install this in the standard-size holes that are factory-drilled into a stainless-steel drop-in sink, or even a porcelain sink. That's because the o-ring in the base of the faucet — which is supposed to come in contact with the top surface of the sink, to form a seal that prevents water dripping through to the cabinet — doesn't actually fit over the top of the sink hole, but just inside it. That does no good at all for sealing.We tried to figure out how to make this work. A large metal washer, perhaps, attached to the sink with adhesive caulk, with a smaller hole so the o-ring could seat properly on metal? Didn't find one. Furthermore, the rigid plastic washer that's intended to go under the surface is exactly the size of the standard factory-drilled hole, so we'd have had to find another washer for under the sink, as well.This faucet is probably intended for installation solely on a slab countertop, like quartz, granite or butcher block. However, the product description doesn't tell you that, and the manufacturer's site doesn't tell you that either.Unfortunately, we discovered that this faucet wouldn't work more than a month after I purchased it, so I can't return it. I tried, but Wayfair held firmly to their policy of no returns after 30 days. Sigh. If anyone wants to buy it from me for less than Amazon's price, let me know. It is certainly gorgeous.

For a delicate looking faucet, it works great for our reverse osmosis.

I received this faucet and overall, love the finish and performance. My only drawbacks were the mounting hardware supplied (and not supplied). I planned to connect this to a Moder under sink filter but the problem was that the faucet had 1/4" compression fittings and the filter was a standard 3/8". After a trip to Home Depot & Lowe's, neither store had the proper fittings to connect these, so they both suggested Ace Hardware. Ace, apparently carries a lot of fittings and they were able to cobble up a 1/4" female to a 3/8" female by connecting a couple of short 1/4" & 3/8" tubing with a compression union. A little bit like Frankenstein, but it worked!Next came mounting the faucet. I wanted to put this in the hole left after removing the old Delta sprayer. The problem was that for under the sink, you only get a small washer, a plastic disk and a nut. The plastic disk was too flimsy to secure the faucet without it wobbling. I salvaged a larger brass disk from the Delta removal and used it in place of the plastic disk. That fixed the problems and it's solid now. Kingston should include a more sturdy retaining disk and provide a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter. That would have saved me a lot of time.Otherwise, great product!

I purchased this faucet to replace the Stainless steel faucet that came with my RO system. This faucet has a beautiful finish and a nice design. Easy installation.

Great well made product! I would give it a 5 but the design for hooking up to water is difficult if it's under or behind the sink. There are no quick release connections as on other brands and the faucet could be hooked up very easy if it had a Shark connector so it could be installed above the sink not below it. Also the water connector is a small nut that should be bigger and be able to slide or fit over the nut that tightens the unit to the underside of the cabinet/sink. Other than those two things a good unit that takes too long to install without long arms and patience.

Purchased new 10-14-2014 the faucet preformed quite will plus the fit and finish was excellent. In December 2016 the faucet would not shut off completely so I had to control the filtered water flow using the under sink shut off valve. I emailed the contact found on the product listing in Amazon and got an immediate reply directing me to sent a copy of the receipt to the warranty department. I sent the message and the receipt along and promptly (considering the holidays) received a new faucet cartridge today that is very simple to install. Problem solved. I am now pleased with the faucet and with Kingston Brass.

Good value for the money. Solid brass with a chrome finish. No plastic parts like some cheaper faucets.

The faucet was very good quality and looks great. It arrived very quickly.
