Buyer beware: you're taking your chances with this product. A lot of people have had good luck with these earbuds, as you can see from the reviews. I, however, have not. Like several other reviews on this product, mine stopped working after about three months. They just up and died. They won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. I wonder if any of the reviewers who left positive stars have since found their product to stop working...As with other negative reviews with this issue, there's no refund for when they stop working, since it's after the warranty period. Bummer.

I only used them once and was very disappointed with the quality. They're very nicely designed but the sound quality is crap when you're listening to them through bluetooth (and I didn't try them any other way because the whole reason I bought them is so that I can listen to them wirelessly). It also cut out like crazy when I walked to work with them with my phone in my back pocket, and only stopped cutting out when I put my phone in my front pocket. In their defense, the forward range is pretty far, but I walk to work every day listening to music held in my back pocket so it wasn't as useful to me.Although I didn't factor this into my rating because it's not really an essential feature, it's kind of a bummer that you can't listen to these laying on a pillow. Some headphones you can do that with, but these jut out too far and it's extremely uncomfortable. Again, it's not an essential feature, but it would be nice...

Good sound quality.. I usually don't provide reviews because I expect all products are good. In some special case, such as this good Bluetooth earphone, I will share good sound quality products to whom are looking for good earphone.I have purchased 10+ Bluetooth earphones so far. If sound quality is OK, I'll give to my children. If it is a bad sound or problem, either return it or put in e-waste. For this good one, for sure, I will keep for myself. I like strong bass and clear sound. This earphone meets my expectations. I may re-order some more as holiday gifts. Highly recommend~

Bought two pair. Both work. But, a minor issue with the Instructions. They show for "next track", hold the up volume button for two seconds. However, when using Pandora, to skip the present song, the previous track button needs to be held instead.2017October UPDATE: I am reducing my rating from four stars to two stars. Background: Both sets still work for listening to music. But, I tried making multiple calls with them from my iPhone7 and both of them produced a faint, but distracting echo for the person on the other end of the line.

They sounds and work great until you move, then they sound like a CD player in 1999 because they skip every few seconds. I tried to simply walk wearing these and it was ridiculous. I have contacted customer service about the issue to inquire about a replacement pair if this is a one off thing but have heard nothing in response. DO NOT BUY!

I had trouble pairing with my first set. After my negative review, I was contacted by the seller, and offered a replacement pair. I'm happy to say, that the replacement works great, with excellent sound quality. Very good customer support as well.

I like the way they hold in my ears and the sound is ok. The reason I'm giving it 2 star and not 5 is because within about one week of usage the hardphones filters have fallen off the headphones.

I didn't believe the reviews, but these sound great. It loses two stars because it causes echo on the far end at lower volume, making it unusable for phone conversations. Unfortunately this happens on BOTH pairs that we own.
