Q: Are these enameled or bare cast? Description says enamel but care instructions are for bare cast iron.

Hi there, this pan is a cast iron pan And so there isn't any type of bad coating on it at all, but it has been a But of coating on it, so you'll want to use a good scrub brush and dish soap to wash it well before your first use, And dry it thourghly and coat it with Some good oil

Q: I have a gas stove, would i be able to use in the middle, on the 5th burner. It's long and narrow

Yes, I've used mine in the middle on a fifth burner.

Q: Can this be used on outdoor gas grill?

Yes but I have the hardest time cleaning this griddle no matter where I use it. Tried everything to treat it and keep the cast iron clean but nothing works. I just quit using it since its more trouble than it's worth !!!

No reason why not so long as your oven is deep or wide enough to handle the dimensions. Should also work well at really high temperatures. You might also want to be careful if cooking something that releases a lot of liquid to avoid spilling when removing from the oven.
