No longer do my pillows get eaten by the gap at the top of the bed. This was an aggravation I have been having for quite awhile. I used to try to put a body pillow there but it would fall in too. I liked the pillow because when I make my bed up, it allows my euro and sham pillows to appear more in place and stable. It is comfortable enough to sleep on as well if I remove the other pillows
