Physical therapist wanted me to try the podiatrist's and orthopedic surgeon's advice: try putting a lift in the shoe on the side where it seems the leg is a little shorter due to atrophy from arthritis. It helps a lot. Hard to believe that some simple thing like this could relieve anyone of so much pain .

I really like these for their durability. They might not be so comfortable but they are a solid lift.

The picture on the product description is deceiving. It's basically a rubber foam with a few flakes of cork, but the description and original product picture are not accurate.

The heel lifts are not as pictured. They don't even seem to be cork—more of an artificial material. They were longer than on the picture, and would poke at my arch and hurt. I had to cut the one I wanted to use.Also the glue sticker is on the wrong side of the product (on the side with the slope instead of being on the flat side).It's not rocket science, it gets the job done, but I don't think a lot of care went into this product.

This did not lift my heel inside my shoe enough to alleviate pain from inflamed Achilles tendon. I returned product to Amazon!
