Handy
Handy and compact. Fits in my small under saddle bag. Used it today to help a friend. HE carries only the bare minimum. When he had a flat and there was a small shard of glass in the tire. He couldn't get it out. With the flat screwdriver head, he was able to dig it out and fix the flat. So the Listenman 16 saved him from finishing the last mile walking in bike shoes.

I really love this little bike tool kit. Everything you need right there together with a picture of a bicycle on it. Doesn't get much easier than that. I don't know that I will ever use it, but I will feel better knowing that I have it

First time I thought I would get to use it ...
First time I thought I would get to use it, it would not fit the nut to tighten the bike seat. Haven't had opportunity to try anything else on it.

Came with missing and incorect contents.
It seems like a nice tool to me, and comes with a handy case. The problem I have with it is that it didn't come with the external allen wrench, nor did it come with the correct sockets. When I looked at the sockets mine had a 9mm socket, and two 10mm sockets. So altogether I had a missing item, and an incorrect item shipped in this. Other than that the tool seems nice.

Nice multi-tool.
Contains most everything you need in a multi-tool for bike repairs. I am carrying it my bike bag all the time.

What I didn't realize this item is made for metric products. Not American made bicycles

The multi-tool
Very handy to have on the go when you need to do a quick adjustment or emergency repair. I have used this to adjust my disc brake and seat position while out and about.
