Q: My glass beaker broke by my own fault, can I order a replacement?

Yes, I just saw replacement glass on the Amazon website. Just put in replacement french press glass in the search box and several will come up. They are not expensive. They also have replacement filters.

Q: Is this made in China?

Yes and the company is in China also. There is no mailing address or phone number on the instructions I got with it. Just an email address. I had to contact them via emails over an issue I had.

Q: What is the smallest amount you can make? I only need a large cup per day.

I only make 1 large cup. You can make however much you want.
