Smells amazing, might have some type of pheromones because I’m finding it difficult to not constantly smell my boo. Also heavy scents make me nauseous and this is soft enough to not make me sick .

My previous barber sold me this product and it’s the best beard oil I’ve used. But that’s not the point here. I searched for the beard oil online and I could only find it on Amazon. And I don’t like purchasing any type of liquid online, mainly because of this. So I ended up ordering it without reading the reviews. In retrospect, a HUGE mistake. Turns out that at least 2 other customers have experienced this as well. Basically, when I opened the box, I noticed that the plastic wrap for the box itself was very oily. Seemed very strange to me. I take off the plastic wrap and notice that the box itself is very oily as well. I’m like ok what’s going on here. I then proceed to open the packaging itself, only to find that the entire box is drenched and covered in beard oil. Less than half the bottle remained. And to top it all off, and as you can see in the pictures I posted, the bottle itself was in perfect condition. Not a scratch on it. But the top came off pretty easily. From start to finish, I genuinely do not know how any of this was physically possible. It seems before they put the beard oil inside the box, they opened it, used half the bottle to drench the entire package in beard oil, and then put the bottle back in the box and shipped it to me. The beard oil itself is great like I said. But DO NOT RISK BUYING IT ONLINE. Instead of initially resorting to giving a bad review, I thought why not contact Amazon customer service and see if I can get a replacement. They said either they can issue a full refund, or I will have to contact the seller for a replacement. So I did that. The seller got back to me and said that since Amazon ships the products, they can’t issue a replacement. So I ended up accepting the full refund.

The beard oil came unscrewed in the box so 1/4 of the product leaked out. The packaging also didn’t seem to be actually sealed. There was tape across the top.For the price of this oil I am extremely disappointed in what I received.

I received this beard oil unscrewed in the package and almost 1/2 of the oli leaked out and the whole package was messed up. totally disappointed with my order.

Leaked. More than 75% of the bottle is gone. Fix the cap already
