It’s expensive - eye wateringly so - but knowing the quality is the best you can find with no contaminants during the growing and processing makes it worth the money. The last tub allowed two of us a daily tablespoonful for over six months. We add to smoothies so don’t taste it. Often paler in colour than some others. We use Vimergy products because they are recommended by Anthony William. Love him or hate him, following his protocols meant my daughter recovered from chronic illness after the NHS could offer no help.

I was so excited when the barley grass arrived and couldn't wait to try it. Upon opening it I noted a spoon inside which I had a bit of difficulty getting it out. When I used the measuring spoon to lift it out it was quite difficult but after forcing it out and placing it in a cup of hot water I noticed a lot of lumps floating at the top of the cup. I mixed it over and over again but the lumps would not disappear. I thought this was supposed to be a powder and not hard lumps. The sell by date is July 2025. The date is too short to use in that time. I think it behaves as if it's out of date already as it really is hard to break and extract a spoonful due to it being mostly hard lumps.

Disappointing. Sell by date is 09/2025 and powder is lumpy. Obviously a batch of old stock that has been sent.
