This product is amazing for sore neck shoulders upper back! The Velcro straps can go a couple different ways to be more comfortable. You can stand up against a wall and gently roll back-and-forth my goodness it is amazin. A reusable bag to keep it clean while freezing.

I bought this when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and could barely move my arm, which affected everything across that area that it covers. It fits perfectly over my shoulders and iced the areas I needed it to. it even came with a nice little bag to put it in the freezer with.

It's the perfect size for upper back and neck pain. It's comfortable, pliable after coming out of the freezer, and the velvet side that goes against your body makes the cold manageable. The straps are adjustable, so you can slip your arms in and tighten the straps to keep the ice pack tucked up against your aches and pains. So happy I bought it and it was delivered really quickly too!!

It was very tight when I crossed the straps in front to fasten the cold back to my back. For reference, I wear an XL in women's sizes. Also, it comes with a bag to put it in while it is in the freezer, but it is too small to put the cold pack in flat, which is what the instructions advise. Minor issues, to be sure.

Strap yourself in and immediately feel the cold relieve the pain & help with inflammation. The straps are very sturdy and hold in place very well. Allow the pack (enclosed in the provided plastic sack) to freeze for 4 hours prior to first use. Each subsequent use, you can remove from freezer for a few minutes to thaw slightly, if you want to soften the immediate stiffness from freezer. One side has velveteen, which is comfy to use against your back & neck.
