I didn't even know ow this was a thi g I've seen mini kettles but this Is another level I use it to use at work for convenience. One button press and have hot water in a couple of mi sites for a hot drink . Simple to use but can also be drank out of like a cup it hold the heat amazingly so you need to be extra careful if your going to drink out of it so as not to be burnt.It's strong and sturdy can make a large volume I usually get 2 mugs out of it.It's light to carry would be good to travel with.Charging cable isn't very long but it's just as its needed.

I’d like to address the fact that when you look at the picture of this item in the Amazon listing it looks to be an in car 12v powe source.It is not! That picture is of a European plug, although probably not intentional, it is quite misleadingThe kettle/cup does work and I found it boiled the water quite quicklyHowever, it did not shut off automatically like a normal kettle would doI found the temperature setting to be a bit of a waste of timeWhy would you need this device?I suppose it’s compact and easy to take with you on your travelsThe water once boiled stays VERY HOT for a long time afterwards, the cup is very well insulatedI would not recommend letting any young children near this deviceAlso, do not sip from the cup once boiled, you’ll do yourself a right mischiefRecommend for its compact convenient design but please be careful with it as not used correctly may be a hazard

This is a great idea and works pretty well. It's compact and at half a litre isn't bad at all.

I bought this to take abroad on a week's holiday - but didn't want anything too large or weighty. This (as it states) only does one drink at a time, but I liked it. It was pretty quick. It turns itself off when boiling. It's easy to fill. I love how easy it is to clean, as it is open like a mug. Oh, and you can store the electric cable in the kettle when not in use or when transporting. The only downside was that a small piece of plastic had broken off inside so it rattles about, it also takes a while to boil but does keep the water hot for ages I left it overnight and it was still 69degrees in the morning. Does exactly what it says. Would buy again.

I didn't even know these things existed and i'm not sure they're entirely necessary but it does work really well. It takes a while to boil which obviously won't be a surprise with a unit of this size but it's relatively well made and keeps the water piping when it is done.Naturally have to be very careful with boiling water but it's a great little gadget to have on the go

I had no idea these even existed, but a cracking little product. Obviously this has its best use for travel (on the train or going abroad!) but it's also quite safe and useful for putting beside the bed for a quick cuppa when feeling ill or unable to go down to the kitchen. It takes a good while to boil (~300watts) but no big issue for the intended purposes. The lid is secure and won't come off, with the rubberised base keeping it set in-place during heating. It does reach 100degrees (tested with a probe) and can be set to lower according to preference - nice for a lower temp coffee brew at 90.Never knew these existed but glad they do - would absolutely recommend. Great for the holidays!I might also mention that the fuse is a proper 10A one and the flex is decent quality - for those unsure of safety.

I work in a temporary office and don't always have access to a kitchen, meaning anything I eat is usually done using just a kettle (porridge for breakfast, instant soup, noodles, cous cous) a lot of the places I visit, electric kettles aren't available so this has been a game changer for me being able to have hot meals & drinks easily available. It fits into the water bottle sleeve on my bag & when I'm travelling to/from the shop the cable inside to ensure it doesn't get lost.Overall, an effective little portable kettle that does exactly what it's designed to and does it well.

I took this on a recent trip where I knew I wouldn't have ready access to hot water to make my morning tea. Loved that I could choose the temperature and that I could use it as a travel mug as well. It paid for itself vs having to buy tea at a chain store.

Perfect for the office to keep your drink warm by your desk. Or take this camping like I do; but you better have AC power. I use it with my portable power station. At 300W it doesn't overload my circuit. There was a slight perfumy smell out of the box, so I had to wash it and test boil it a couple times before the smell would go away. Points off for the lid however, if you tip it over or upside down with liquid in it, unless it's on TIGHT, it will drip.

This portable kettle is perfect for our picnics, great quality. Amazing performance for our needs, you can control the temperature with just a few clicks on its screen, and it does heat quite fast. It looks amazing and the weight is just perfect for travel. Super easy to clean too. Recommended

Works great. Doesn't take up alot of space. It's portable so you can take it anywhere an use it anywhere. It heats up pretty fast. I definitely recommend buying.
