Man, I wish. Sadly its just a normal recliner chair but comes with bluetooth speaker, massager which is quite nice but i was satisfied with my purchase.

Q: what are the actual dimensions of this chair?

The dimensions they give match up, mine was a little bigger (not much, maybe by an inch) on some parts, it's wide and comfy. I can sit with my legs up or criss cross applesauce if I need to.

Q: do you have one like this with wheels? I need it to move around

Q: Can you extend the foot rest without reclining the back support?

Yes, you can extend it without reclining, however; if it’s for an adult that’s taller than 5 foot your feet will hang off of it. My feet tend to go to sleep hanging off of it. Also if you are thinking about buying this chair make sure you are buying this chair brand new not used I thought I was getting a brand new one however when it got to me it was not brand new and it was kind of broken, they did say I could return it, however; to box the big chair back up in box was more of a pain then just keeping the darn thing.
