Easy to use
Bought this for my daughter for Xmas. She uses it every day to make different flavoured tea. Easy to clean, and looks nice and modern. My daughter is 16 so didn't think she would want a tea pot.

Well made and attractive to use
So happy with this product it is well made pleasant to use and does make a good cup of tea! Because the tea holder itself is quite small it does make quite a strong blend so def need to cut back a bit on how much you put in. The filter is easy to clean just be aware that the little stainless ball that sits beneath it will make a break for freedom as you wash it so make sure that you don’t rinse over a open sink otherwise could lose it down the drain.

Lovely tea diffuser!
This is a beautiful tea set. It looks very elegant - the build quality is great. Taste of the tea is not affected in any way. I genuinely love using this - I have gone out and bought some different teas as well just to try. Overall a lovely item - highly recommended!

Premium tea product
Very classy product, since unboxing until using it. Well presented gift box and foam forming carrying bag with zip and handle. The greatest thing is the way to drip the tea, just so cool and chill. It doesn’t really require battery or power supply, just using a metal ball as a mechanical valve. Parts can be disassembled and wash thoroughly. Perfect for gift option.

Not indicated where to buy spare parts
It worked well enough but the small steel ball is easily lost. Mine was lost when a careless housemate was washing up. I've searched online and have not found where i can get replacement parts. I would not recomend buying this for that reason. I cannot find where to messge seller. If i am able to source replacement I will adjust rating.*update*Spare part has been posted

Great tea diffuser
A really nice tea diffuser, it looks smart and feels like a solid product.In essence you place the tea and hot water on top and then when it’s had enough time to infuse you can press the button which pushes up a ball bearing to allow the water to drip into the pot below leaving the tea leaves on top.This is not leak proof! As the top section simply sits on top of the pot this can’t be used on the go.It’s super easy to clean and produces a great flavour.

very cool and marginal design
a very interesting glass teapot with infuser.i have never seen such item before and will be using for herbal teas.it does not only hold your tea but also gives you a visual show :)the glass quality is sturdy enough but i will not use with boiling water but hot (80 degrees at most) which is preferred for herbal teas. and tested for 80 degrees and no issue with that temperature. make sure it supports boiling water before using...comes within a very nice looking and sturdy carry / storage bag as well. they shoudl definitely get a design award in my opinion :)only 1 drawback can be the head and body of the teapot is not holding each other with notch or anything. so make sure place on a safe and sturdy base and careful when holding and opening. it would be great if they had a small safety notch in case you want to twist and make safer. not issue for me but can be a problem for many people.overall i liked a lot and this can also be a very unique gift set for tea lovers.price wise i think it would be great to have a bit more reasonable price or discount.
