This bed was more than what I expected it to be. It’s pretty durable. It’s very easy to open once your mattress is on it. You don’t need the boxspring. I like the height of it. I’m not very tall so it’s not hard to get on. You have to pull it away from the wall to get it to open so behind the bed becomes a pillow trap. So I may get a headboard for it. It looks really nice. I think that it was worth the money. It was kind of a pain to put together. It wouldn’t close at first, but I had to take the whole bed apart and put it back together and that seemed to work. I’m not sure if I did something wrong the first time.

We purchased a full size bed frame due to lack of storage space. The product arrived in a timely manner, no damage to the box. The assembly went well, all the pieces were label, nuts and bolts were in a packet, all labeled. The directions are all pictures, there are a couple pages that you have to make sure the pieces are assembled correctly. It took about 2 hrs to assemble. This was for a spare room, so no one has slept on it yet. We were very happy with the product, it’s very sturdy.

The bed was a little difficult to install. Normally I can put things together by myself, but I had to ask for help from a Lady Friend. Also my Queen mattress did not fit totally to the edges of the bed (approx: 1 1/2 " . (I am use to hitting the mattress when walking around the bed). Now I have cuts to my lower legs from the SHARP edges. I will try to figure out some type of Padding for the bottom corners today. Other than that, It appears to be sturdy. Can't wait to put some of my winter blankest, Toilet Paper etc. underneath. ;-)

Delivered without anything broken. Packaged very well. Assembly was straight- forward following their step-by-step directions. I was able to cut a hole in the footboard to accommodate my bedjet, which is what I was looking for. The hydraulics work great for me to raise and lower the bed frame myself, without taking any bedding, including pillows, of the bed. I'm 63 years of age. I can get under the frame once raised and get what I need instead of pulling everything out to find what I need. Space is limited in my room so this was a huge benefit to me. I already had a headboard from my previous bed, so I just stood it behind the frame and push my pillows against it. Overall, I'm pleased with this bed frame.

This came very quickly. There was some damage to the shipping box, which unfortunately affected the contents. (see photos) The damage was not enough to warrant a return however, because we were on a time crunch to get the base done before the mattress was delivered.This took me about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete by myself. Someone else could probably do it faster, but I went through the manual meticulously to make sure all the pieces were there and everything was oriented the correct way. There were also 2 bolt holes not drilled in the correct piece. (see photos) Annoying for sure (as I ended up putting the drill bit through my thumb nail. Oooowww...) but again, not a return-worthy thing.Once it was done, it lifts very easily with no mattress and decently easily with a mattress for a fit person (we have a queen medium Tempurpedic). Although I would not think a child or an elderly person would be able to lift it. Once up, it stays up unassisted. Some have said the hydraulics fail after some time, so we'll see. I don't anticipate opening this very often as it will be used to store extra bedding and winter clothes.Overall I feel this was a good deal despite the cosmetic and installation setbacks. The storage is phenomenal, as we are in a park model home and need every square inch we can get.

Love how this looks in my room! Easy to build, for the most part, one person can do it. Just a few times my partner came to help! The lift is strong and love hiding my storage boxes under the bed!! Makes a simplistic/clean room!

It isn't a king size bed. It is too big for a king matress -- as you can see from the picture. They haven't done their homework.I am actually quite annoyed by this. About a third of the stuff on Amazon is trash.I won't buy any more furniture on Amazon ever again.
