Really wonderful item, I am writing on 26.3.25 after using near about 4 months.Using this item bread eating in breakfast or tiffin more and more good.

Good product.When I received the product it was damaged. Some plastic part was broken. I asked for a replacement and which was done on the very next day.But that product too had some defects. Ceramic coating was gone at the edges.Easy to use, easy to clean. Value for money. But make sure that you receive an undamaged product.

Good product. Product received today in good condition. Not waited to take trial. Excellent output / heating. I was worried before buying thinking whether 700kw will be suitable or not. But it does work perfectly. Ceramic platform ensures non sticky, non toxic food. You can make 2 sandwitches at a time. Presently fully satisfied.

Lock is little low qualityBut overall good one

The ceramic coating is very thin, it will come out in two or three times use. It has already been chipping from sides. Not worth the price

Product is excellent. Only one improvent is required.Locking is very poor. One sided locking mechanism is not efficient enough. In hot condition neither locking nor unlocking is easy.Better to have the lock at center to have uniform pressure on both sandwiches.

I had been using KENT RO for long time but never expected their other product to be so good.Pros:-1. Space is big for 2 normal sandwich breads.2. Non-stick coating which makes it easy to take out bread without any hassle.3. Makes grilled sandwich crispy same as what we get in good restaurants and Cafe.Cons:-The only thing is that wire length is too small.Conclusion: Worth the money, definately can go for this one.
