Product is Fine. Seller "BabyAge" is Complete Garbage
Wooden letters are exactly what I expected. They aren't really toys, so the 1 star ratings aren't a knock on the product itself. My issue here is with the seller. I was charged an absurd fee for shipping. When I asked why, my query was ignored. Shipping was $13 for a $20 order, however the letters (purchased an "L" and an "N") showed up 14 days later, in one, single envelope. As a frequent FedEx customer, I am well aware that the between the weight and shipping method, I should have been charged much less for shipping. Avoid seller BabyAge at all costs.
