(Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix) ---- Fabulous pork dry rub marinade.Nothing else needed for succulent pork ribs. Just rub-in thoroughly,let sit for 45 minutes or so, and broil/roast/BBQ as is your preference.Never tried it for chicken or beef.But for any kind of pork, it's a great flavor.As an "underneath flavor" It has the versatility of going with EITHER a traditional American stylesmoky BBQ sauce over it, or an Asian-style sauce (soy, oyster sauce, char siu, etc).It works both ways.

It has a nice Smokey flavor. Not too sweet or salty. I used them for a bbq and with the charcoal, it was a hit

Have a favorite recipe and can't find in store. One of our favorite dishes. I try to always have extra in pantry so when quest want recipe...I can give them the recipe and a pkg to get them started. Always a hit.
