I use expresso powder all the time but not for coffee. I use it for baking instead.Basically anything you bake that contains chocolate you should be putting expresso powder in. It’s a game changer and it elevates the chocolate flavor.Anytime I make brownies either from scratch or from a box I put in a heaping tablespoon. Also chocolate cake of any kind.I use it in cookies too. The more you use the more coffee flavor especially in cookies...This brand is very good and it’s a great deal too! I would highly recommend buying it

This is great brand and such bold espresso flavor. This is perfect for a cup of espresso and pack when traveling. I can either microwave a cup of water or use the coffee maker for hot water and adding this powder. I also use to when making chocolate puddings and add to chocolate cakes. This adds a great punch when making a chocolate flourless cake. Great when making special pumpernickel breads. Make great cold coffee drinks and shakes.

I have tried several espresso powders, and to tell you the truth, the other kind that I use is still my favorite, but it is so much more expensive that I thought I'd give this one a go. I really liked it! It isn't as strong as the other brand I normally use, but it has a smooth taste and helped me make fantastic mocha protein smoothies for my breakfast. The one I used before this was more of a baking and smoothie use powder, though I think this one might actually be for making instant espresso (and with how smooth it is, I could see that being really good). It isn't my favorite espresso powder, but it is my favorite back-up powder. And the price, at least for a few months, means that I'll be getting this brand rather than my normal powder. It is very high quality and the price is right, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

While running the roads I our RV, we like the occasional mug cake. Adding this to the cake made it possible to have a mocha espresso cake, yum! The seal ensured the freshness of the product, performed great in my cake, texture was smooth and it's easy to use, it also stores very well!

If you are buying this to replace an expensive true Italian espresso powder or even King Arthur's espresso powder, please note this is NOT the same thing. That said - it's tasty and I use it lots of ways. When making a drink or using it in a recipe I've noticed I have to put in about 3 times MORE powder with this product than I normally use with the King Arthur product, and even then the flavor is not as intense. True espresso powder is nearly black and this is reddish-brown, so it also impacts the color of something you are making. The flavor profile of this product is more like instant coffee or a Starbucks Colombian Via packet than espresso. I would definitely buy it again because of the price point and the flavor. But if you're really looking for true espresso powder, this ain't it!

Use expresso powder when baking. Good taste. In jar to keep sealed fresh and easy to use. Low sugar content, smells wonderfully with vibrant color.
