Fresh Aji Cachucha Peppers (1 Lb)

They arrived a week early. They are in great shape and smell great!!!!!Will definitely use them again

The peppers order was placed on August 19, and arrived at my house from Puerto Rico, on August 30. I believe these were not sent as OVERNIGHT DELIVERY, but sent as a garment order. So they were totally rotten.

Cachucha’s are a tradition in Cuban and Puerto Rican kitchens. We live in SW Florida and were always able to find them, prepackaged, in local grocery stores. It has been a year since we have seen them. We’re so happy to find this seller in Amazon and ordered a pound. They arrived in pristine condition and were obviously very freshly picked and firm. They are sweep and have a mild bite. Happy! We like to add them to our Black Beans and hubby likes to put them in salads. How to keep them the longest? We pickle them with Pepperoncini, Garlic Cloves, and Onions in Vinegar and place them in the fridge. That way we have them year round. Will always purchase from this seller.

I’d say a good 90% of these were unusable. I know with these peppers you always expect some rotten ones but I almost threw this whole bag away. Wasted money. Wouldn’t try to order these again.

They arrived fresh and in good shape. They are as advertised. They make great sofrito.

After receiving a bad batch of Aji Dulce, this company, in a particular, Alex, worked with me to replace it and within a few days, I received a new batch of beautiful Aji Dulces which I intend to use immediately for my dish, pasteles. I am so pleased with the customer service and care they provided so I can finish my new year's dish for the family. Thank you much!

From the 1 pound that I paid for, probably 10 peppers were edible. They were most black-spotted, pitted, mushy and slimy. They would have easily survived the short shipping process if they were fresh when shipped. Very disappointed and will not buy again. I wish I had read previous review on this product which validates my experience but I was just too excited to have found them.
