I wish I'd bought this years ago and saved myself from lifting heavy boxes off the floor. It's a very sturdy little pallet truck. Works great and is easy to use.

I am rather impressed with this product, but there are some design/usability flaws.PROS: Built well, thick metal, good welds, easy to assemble, I love the Goodyear colors, braided synthetic cord is safer and stronger than the steel options, decent price, very versatile with multiple configurations with/without the flat panel and easy removal of quick pins, rolls well, brake function works well and pedal function is strong, love the winch handle setup with folding handle and lock pin, love the tip-back function (like a dolly), lift height is a few inches more than its competitors, and it definitely can lift the weight it says (see pic of my new, heavy grill--this moved it around with ease)!CONS: A big con for me is that the lower wheel struts/arms are as long as the forks, so you can't use with pallets since you can't get the forks into the pallet before the wheels hit. I recognize the value in stability, and that they couldn't make the forks longer or someone would misuse the product, but it significantly reduces its functionality for me as you have to lift/slide the item onto the platform. A second con is I would have liked an integrated strap like an appliance dolly, but ratchet straps are working fine.Overall, I am glad I bought it and it will be very helpful, just know the limitations.

Super easy and quick to put together, great assembly instructions. Works great, will lift heavy weight very easily, the hand crank is the fastest and best method, the foot pump versions are too slow and hard. And also don't waste your money on the more expensive Super Handy orange version, it is the exact same machine as this Goodyear which is cheaper is the only difference (other than blue instead of orange).

If you have a use-case for this type of unit, it works a treat. I had a situation where I needed to move a large piece of enterprise gear, MD3060E, on its pallet from a dropoff point to the back of my truck out/off and into my rack at home. A surprisingly difficult task w/people but nigh impossible by oneself. Everything from calling rental places for trucks with lift gates to even furniture dollies. Everything was going to be foolishly expensive and not quite right fit-wise. Finding and taking the chance on this was the perfect tool for the job.Assembly was easy/obvious. As was usage. Slow and steady won the race as it were. I highly recommend this thing.

The two forks that support the yellow tray have holes drilled at different places so there is no way to level the yellow tray without drilling a hole and weakening the unit. I'm not putting this thing back in box to lug it to UPS. Just disappointed. Looked promising. Will call dealer tomorrow and get someone to tell me to ship the whole heavy thing back instead of shipping just one fork.
