Bought for my mom. She used them all the time. I think they're good for energy.

It smells like rancid rice bran/flour or play dough like others have said. It irritates my stomach and the energy feels more like placebo than anything else. I’ve ordered this multiple times but I’ve finally come to the conclusion that these are just rancid and I should stop trying and stick to my caffeine pills for now. The caffeine pills have rice flour but smell like nothing unless they are very old. Not good enough to keep risking it. Hopefully they fix this!

As this ingredient makes it rounds around the supplement industry, I'd like to highlight my pleasure with how well this feels. As someone that doesn't tolerate as much caffeine as I used to, this brings that same mental clarity that caffeine used to illicit without the downsides, mainly being the anxiety, and the sleep disruption if taken too late in the day. it's not an aggressive feeling that you'll get from paraxanthine, so if that's what you want, then you've chosen the wrong product.This yields more mental clarity & acts more like a subtle stimulant versus something that would make you want to punch a wall. The other benefit that I notice, is that you don't experience a "come down" as you would with caffeine. No headaches, irritability, or any negatives as far as I can tell. Overall, this has become a staple for everyday use

They seem good as in clearing the brain a little, but they’re much too expensive. You need to take 3 a day, and for almost $30 a month they only last 10 days.
